1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using ThinkBridge ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
ThinkBridge is a product operated by ThinkBridge AI Labs ("Company", "we", "us").
2. Description of Service
ThinkBridge is an AI-powered "thinking partner" designed to help you organize your thoughts, debate ideas, and manage projects. We provide tools for note-taking, conversation with AI agents, and integrations with third-party productivity platforms.
3. User Accounts
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We protect your data using industry-standard encryption (AES-256-GCM for data at rest, TLS 1.2+ for data in transit) and Row-Level Security (RLS) for database isolation.
4. Google API Services & Data Usage
ThinkBridge integrates with Google APIs (Google Drive and Google Calendar) to enhance your productivity. We take the protection of this data seriously and adhere to strict standards.
A. Compliance & Limited Use
ThinkBridge's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
B. Scopes & Purpose
- Justification: We request access to Google Drive (`drive.file`) and Google Calendar (`calendar.events.readonly`) solely to let you import user-selected documents for analysis and to sync your calendar events into the ThinkBridge meetings experience.
- Data Storage: For Google Drive imports, we store extracted text and processed images in your workspace (not a full copy of the Drive file by default). This includes exporting Docs as HTML, converting Sheets to Markdown, and utilizing Vision AI to generate textual descriptions for images to ensure your imported documents are fully searchable and contextualized for your AI partner. For Google Calendar, we store event details (such as title, time, description, attendees, location, and meeting links) to show you your meetings inside ThinkBridge.
- Prohibited Uses: We strictly prohibit using Google user data for:
- Serving advertisements or retargeting.
- Surveillance or data brokerage.
- Training generalized AI models. Your personal data is NOT used to train our foundational AI models or those of our third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Abacus.AI, Google Gemini). These providers are accessed via Enterprise APIs with Zero Data Retention (ZDR) policies, ensuring your personal content is never used for model training.
- Revocation & Deletion: You can disconnect Google inside ThinkBridge at any time. You can also revoke access from your Google Account permissions page (`https://myaccount.google.com/permissions`). You can delete imported content, synced meetings, or your entire account to remove stored data.
C. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data, files, and calendar events accessed via our Google integrations. ThinkBridge does not claim any ownership rights over your Google Drive files or Calendar data.
5. User Content & AI Output
- Your Content: You retain ownership of all text, documents, and inputs you provide to the Service ("User Content").
- AI Output: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ThinkBridge assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to the output generated by the Service based on your User Content.
- AI Accuracy Disclaimer: Artificial intelligence is a rapidly evolving technology. We work hard to ensure accuracy, but AI models may occasionally generate incorrect, misleading, or offensive information ("hallucinations"). You are solely responsible for independently verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it.
- Not Professional Advice: The Service and its AI-generated outputs do NOT constitute legal, financial, medical, psychological, regulatory, or any other form of professional advice. No content generated by ThinkBridge should be treated as a substitute for qualified professional guidance. Always consult a licensed professional before making decisions based on AI output.
- Third-Party AI Models: AI responses are generated by third-party large language model providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Abacus.AI) via their enterprise APIs. ThinkBridge does not control the internal logic of these models. Output quality, tone, and accuracy may vary based on the underlying model in use. ThinkBridge is not liable for errors, omissions, or any harm arising from the output of third-party AI models.
- Model Changes: We may change, upgrade, or replace the underlying AI model(s) powering the Service at any time without notice, which may affect output style, capability, or behavior.
- Feedback: If you provide ThinkBridge with suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, or other feedback about the Service ("Feedback"), you grant ThinkBridge a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, incorporate, and commercialize such Feedback in any way, without compensation or attribution to you.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.
- Use the Service to build a competitive product or service.
- Use the Service to generate spam, fraudulent content, or malware.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
- Jailbreak or Circumvent AI Safeguards: Attempt to bypass, manipulate, or circumvent any safety filters, content moderation systems, or usage guardrails built into the AI models or the Service.
- Generate Harmful Content: Use the Service to generate, distribute, or promote content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or that incites violence or discrimination against any individual or group.
- Impersonation: Use the Service to impersonate any person or entity, create synthetic media (deepfakes) designed to deceive, or pass off AI-generated content as genuinely human-authored in a deceptive or harmful manner.
- Illegal Content: Use the Service to generate, share, or facilitate the creation of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), content depicting non-consensual acts, or any content that is illegal under applicable law.
- High-Risk Automated Decisions: Use the AI output of the Service as the sole basis for high-stakes automated decisions affecting individuals — including but not limited to medical diagnoses, legal judgments, financial lending decisions, hiring, or criminal justice outcomes — without appropriate human oversight and independent verification.
- Weapons or Harmful Systems: Use the Service to design, develop, or assist in creating weapons, biological or chemical agents, or any systems intended to cause physical harm.
- Scraping or Overloading: Systematically scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service by automated means, or send an unreasonable volume of requests that impairs the performance of the Service for other users.
- Misinformation Campaigns: Use the Service to generate or disseminate large-scale disinformation, manipulate public opinion, or interfere with electoral or democratic processes.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its "ThinkBridge" brand, underlying software, and interface design, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms gives you a right to use the ThinkBridge name or any of the ThinkBridge trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Limitation of Liability & Maximum Financial Cap
9.1 Exclusion of Indirect Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THINKBRIDGE LABS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT — EVEN IF THINKBRIDGE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
9.2 Maximum Financial Liability (Aggregate Cap)
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THINKBRIDGE LABS, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE — WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT THINKBRIDGE HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE — SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU (OR YOUR ORGANIZATION) TO THINKBRIDGE DURING THE TWELVE (12) CALENDAR MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE THE CLAIM FIRST AROSE.
This aggregate cap applies to all claims in the aggregate, not per incident. If you have not paid any subscription fees (e.g., you are on a free plan), ThinkBridge's maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed INR 1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand).
Applicability to Data Incidents: This aggregate liability cap expressly applies to all claims arising from or related to any security incident, data breach, unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss of data, including any event governed by applicable data protection legislation (including, without limitation, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). ThinkBridge's liability for any such incident shall not exceed the subscription amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding such incident, regardless of the nature or extent of the breach.
The parties acknowledge that the limitations of liability in this Section 9 reflect a reasonable allocation of risk and form an essential basis of the bargain between you and ThinkBridge. ThinkBridge would not be able to provide the Service on the terms offered without these limitations.
9.3 Exceptions
The limitations of liability in Sections 9.1 and 9.2 do not apply to: (a) liability for death or personal injury caused by ThinkBridge's gross negligence or willful misconduct; (b) liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or restrict any mandatory statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Indian law.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Read carefully — this section limits ThinkBridge's obligations to you.

- That defects or errors in the Service will be corrected;
- That the Service is free from viruses or other harmful components;

You use the Service entirely at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties; in such cases the above exclusions apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Billing & Subscriptions
11.1 Subscription Plans & Fees
Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription plans, pricing, and features are described on our pricing page. All fees are stated in the applicable currency and are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST where applicable under Indian law), which you are responsible for paying.
11.2 Billing & Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). By providing a payment method, you authorize ThinkBridge to charge you automatically at the start of each billing period. Your subscription will auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
11.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at contact@thinkbridge.pro. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until that date.
11.4 Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated in a separate written agreement. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial subscription periods. If ThinkBridge materially changes or discontinues the Service during a paid period, we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
11.5 Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice by email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (and its amendments), and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
12.2 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute proceeding, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms through direct negotiation. You must send a written notice of your dispute to contact@thinkbridge.pro. ThinkBridge will attempt to respond within 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 60 days of the initial notice, either party may initiate formal proceedings.
12.3 Arbitration
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
12.4 Jurisdiction for Injunctive Relief
Notwithstanding Section 12.3, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from the courts of competent jurisdiction in New Delhi, India to prevent irreparable harm, infringement of intellectual property, or breach of confidentiality obligations. Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India for such proceedings.
13. General Provisions
13.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, consistent with the intent of the original provision.
13.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ThinkBridge AI Labs concerning the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, relating to the Service.
13.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of a breach of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.
13.4 Force Majeure
ThinkBridge shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, labour disputes, Internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, or failures of third-party service providers (including cloud infrastructure providers and AI model providers). In such events, ThinkBridge will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.
13.5 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, or any rights or obligations herein, without ThinkBridge's prior written consent. ThinkBridge may freely assign these Terms, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets, without notice or consent. These Terms shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their permitted successors and assigns.
