Welcome to ThinkBridge ("we," "our," or "us"). We built ThinkBridge to be your trusted thinking partner. We believe that trust starts with complete transparency. This policy outlines how we handle your data, with a core promise: Your thoughts remain yours. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your personal content to train our AI models.
ThinkBridge is a product operated by ThinkBridge AI Labs ("Company").
2. Data Accessed
ThinkBridge accesses only the minimum user data required for application functionality:
Google User Data
- Google Drive (.../auth/drive.file): We access only the specific files (Docs, Sheets, Slides) that you explicitly select via the Google File Picker. We do not have access to your entire Google Drive.
- Google Calendar (.../auth/calendar.events.readonly): We request read-only access to your calendar events to display your schedule within the application.
Other Data & Integrations
- Account Information: Email address and encrypted authentication credentials.
- Jira & Confluence: We access Jira issues and Confluence pages only when explicitly requested by you.
- Professional Context (Optional): Industry or job title provided by you to improve AI relevance.
3. Data Usage
We process user data to provide intelligent workspace context:
Google Data Processing
- Document Processing: Selected Docs are exported as HTML for structured text extraction. Sheets are converted to Markdown tables, and Slides are exported as text. We utilize Vision AI to generate textual descriptions for images within these files to ensure they are searchable within your private workspace.
- Calendar Syncing: Event details including titles, descriptions, times, locations, and attendees are synced to internal "Meeting" records to provide context for your AI partner conversations.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers or data brokers.
- AI Sub-processors: Extracted text from your files (including Google Docs/Sheets/Slides) is sent to enterprise-grade AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Abacus.AI, and Google Gemini) to generate summaries and insights. This is done via API channels with Zero Data Retention (ZDR) policies, meaning your data is not used to train their global models.
5. Data Storage & Protection
We employ rigorous security measures to protect your information:
- Encryption: OAuth Access and Refresh Tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before being stored. All data in transit is protected via HTTPS/TLS 1.2+.
- Database Isolation: User data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database. We utilize Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure that your data is strictly isolated and accessible only by your authenticated user ID.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
You maintain full control over your data:
- Retention: Data is only retained for the duration of your active account.
- Deletion Mechanisms: You can disconnect Google (or other) integrations at any time, which invalidates all stored tokens and deletes all raw imported data. If you delete a document or your entire account, all associated data is automatically and permanently purged from our active databases.
